FAQ
- What are High-Density Plastic Bags?
- High Density Polyethylene Plastic (HDPE) is a highly versatile polymer, as known as
plastic #2. It is stronger than lower-density polyethylene. It is also harder and more opaque
and can withstand somewhat higher temperatures (65 °C for short periods). Food bags made from
HDPE withhold heat better than LDPE. HDPE plastic is approved for storing food and beverages by
the US Food and Drug Administration. It has been widely used in food packaging industry, such
as milk, juice, coffee, processed foods, medicine, etc.
- What are Low-Density Plastic Bags?
- Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic made from petroleum. It was the first
grade of polyethylene. It can withstand temperatures 60 °C for a short time.
Made in translucent or opaque variations, it is quite flexible, and tough to the degree of
being almost unbreakable.

- What is Flexography Printing?
-
Flexographic presses, also know as Flexo, are capable of producing good quality impressions
on many different substrates. At one time this was the least expensive and simplest of the
printing processes used for decorating and packaging printing. With improving technology,
great advances have been made to the quality of flexographic printing presses in the last
few years. Packaging flexography is widely used for the production of folding cartons,
labels, and packaging materials.
