The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the nation's leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America's corporations. It also is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the United States.

FPC is a certified WBE business, women's business enterprise, since 2004. According to WBENC certification standard, the business is at least 51% woman (or women) owned, operated and controlled. Being certified as a WBE means that FPC has gone through a rigorous and stringent certification process to confirm we are owned, managed, and controlled by a woman or women. WBENC certification is recognized and accepted by the majority of the major corporations across the U.S.
