Allpax has created a new method for testing and preparing microwavable meals. Their two devices “Gentle Motion” and “Shaka” improve food quality by thoroughly heating pouches and trays an average of 30-60% and 50-90% faster than traditional methods respectively.
This new process of gyrating the product as it is being precooked transfers the heat more evenly thus reducing the time currently available. This creates cost savings across the board and allows companies to improve production timelines. This will benefit the consumer in that the food will be more evenly cooked and because it is being done faster, there will be less chance for overcooking or uneven cooking when they are using their microwaves at home.
