In 1987, we managed one packaging item for their one bakery location. Today, we supply them with 120 packaging items for their six locations and manage and coordinate all supply chain requirements from our local warehouse.
We spend over 100 hours each month sourcing material, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics. Our customer invests the time saved back into their business with marketing, growing new locations, creating amazing products, and pleasing their customers. We meet with them weekly to develop new products and discuss the strategy of items coming and going. Over time, we became a trusted extension of their business.
